As time progresses dust, pollution, daily wear and tear tends to dampen the brilliance of gemstones. Gold, Silver, and Platinum jewelry can be easily dulled. Worn out clasps and prongs can be the result in losing the stones or even the entire piece of jewelry. We recommend that you professionally clean your jewelry at least once a year. Do not shower with jewelry.

STERLING SILVER

Sterling Silver tarnishes in the presence of everyday pollutant For example, items that contains sulfur such as Leather, Rubber, Chlorine, and also perspiration and salt water.It is very difficult to avoid most of these substances. We recommend that you regularly wipe down your Sterling Silver jewelry with a soft cloth. In other instances use a clean cotton cloth and mild detergent diluted in warm water, apply the solution to the cotton cloth and rub the piece in one direction, try to avoid circular motions. Do not shower with jewelry. 

GOLD & PLATINUM

Do not expose Gold jewelry to household bleach it will cause the Gold to discolor. To clean Gold and Platinum jewelry, dilute mild detergent in warm water. Soak each piece in the solution for 3-5 minutes, remove and gently clean your jewelry with a dry soft lint free cloth. Make sure the jewelry is completely dry before wearing it again. Do not shower with jewelry.

GEMSTONES

Gemstones need extra care, they must be protected against hard and rough surfaces. Many Gemstones, such as Peridot, Pearl, Opal, Amethyst, Emerald, Kunzite, Tanzanite, Tourmaline, etc, these are very delicate and easily chipped. Also avoid extreme temperatures, ultrasonic cleaning and house hold chemicals. Do not shower with jewelry. 

LEATHER

Leather color varies with age, darkening and softening. This could enhance the look to something quite beautiful, it also has slight variations and imperfections which is quite normal, this also adds beauty to the piece. If scuffed or bruised rub the effected area with a white dry soft cloth. Do not shower with jewelry.
